Personal Digital Receiver DAL-RX1
Overview:
The NX-DAL-Personal Receiver is a discrete digital receiver compliant with BS EN 60118-4 and is used as part of the NX-DAL Assistive Listening system, which offers significant benefits for hearing impaired users over traditional listening systems.
The digital receiver is 2.4GHz license free technology, and will directly link with the room transmitter, so that there is no possible overspill between rooms, and no interference or ‘line of sight issues. Broadcast audio is hi-fi quality and stereo if required. High quality headphones are provided, as well as single ear mono type, and induction neck-loop. Users can plug in their own earphones if required to the standard 3.5mm jack.
Included is a Bone Conduction audio headset, which is a good option for hearing aid users since they can be worn alongside the ear, without affecting the hearing aid.
The Receiver set includes an induction neck-loop which operates in compliance with BS EN 60118-4 standard for Hearing Loop systems.
Unlike Infra Red receivers, the DAL Receiver is very compact and can be kept in the user’s pocket or clipped to the lapel.
